This was my fourth year in a row of volunteering at the Duncan Canyon Aid Station at mile 24 of the Western States 100 mile endurance run. Sachin and I drove up again this year and had a great time with friends/teammates of the Quicksilver Running Club that hosts this aid station. Here are a few pics:
